font-family: 'comic sans ms','comic sans',sans-serif; background-color: #ffffff;\"> L&rsquo;ANIMATION !<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Lorsqu&rsquo;une organisation syndicale d\u00e9pose un pr\u00e9avis de gr\u00e8ve, cela signifie\u00a0qu&rsquo;elle veut mettre l&rsquo;administration face \u00e0 ses responsabilit\u00e9s.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_3990306956702964930yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1510227008771_2506\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Cela fait des ann\u00e9es que les coll\u00e8gues de la <strong><em>Logistique Animation<\/em> <\/strong>subissent les cons\u00e9quences d&rsquo;un management\u00a0( que nous avions qualifi\u00e9 d&rsquo;archa\u00efque\u00a0) qui est all\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la d\u00e9viance.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_3990306956702964930yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1510227008771_2519\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Depuis l&rsquo; exclusion du Technicien et le d\u00e9part du Directeur, ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 laiss\u00e9 \u00e0<strong> l&rsquo;abandon par leur employeur<\/strong> et <span id=\"m_3990306956702964930OBJ_PREFIX_DWT268_com_zimbra_date\" class=\"m_3990306956702964930Object\"><span style=\"color: #005a95;\">aujourd&rsquo;hui<\/span><\/span>, ils disent : <strong>Stop !<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_3990306956702964930yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1510227008771_2558\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Plus de vaines promesses de concertation ( concertation et dialogue qui n&rsquo;ont eu lieu que dans la t\u00eate de nos dirigeants),<strong> cela fait un an quasiment qu&rsquo;ils ne voient rien venir.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_3990306956702964930yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1510227008771_2623\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Le projet\u00a0\u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre du jour\u00a0du CTP du 20 juin, ne reste qu&rsquo;au niveau de la d\u00e9claration de principe ( certes louable ) mais ne dit rien de concret sur l&rsquo;organisation.<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_3990306956702964930yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1510227008771_2624\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Les agents demandent des conditions de travail d\u00e9centes,\u00a0 de la\u00a0consid\u00e9ration et\u00a0le respect \u00a0qui leur est\u00a0d\u00fb.<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_3990306956702964930yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1510227008771_2660\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Chacun doit savoir que cette situation scandaleuse dans laquelle ils se trouvent , peut-\u00eatre r\u00e9solue par l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement d&rsquo;un calendrier de concertation qui rel\u00e8ve de l&rsquo;administration.<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_3990306956702964930yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1510227008771_2716\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Ceci \u00e9tant, <strong>la situation r\u00e9clame une intervention imm\u00e9diate<\/strong> car beaucoup de questions pourraient \u00eatre r\u00e9solues sans m\u00eame attendre l&rsquo;aboutissement du dossier: celle d&rsquo;un responsable d&rsquo;atelier de proximit\u00e9, la d\u00e9finition concr\u00e8te du circuit de d\u00e9cision.<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_3990306956702964930yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1510227008771_2702\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Si nous devions aller au conflit, cela rel\u00e8vera de l&rsquo;unique responsabilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;administration qui n&rsquo;a pas dans cette affaire satisfait \u00e0\u00a0ses obligations.<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_3990306956702964930yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1510227008771_2798\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Pour toutes ces raisons notre\u00a0organisation syndicale \u00a0\u00bb <em><strong>FO<\/strong> <\/em>des Municipaux\u00a0\u00bb a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 un pr\u00e9avis de gr\u00e8ve pour le <span id=\"m_3990306956702964930OBJ_PREFIX_DWT269_com_zimbra_date\" class=\"m_3990306956702964930Object\"><span style=\"color: #005a95;\">mercredi<\/span><\/span> 15 novembre et la balle est dans le camp des autorit\u00e9s.<\/span><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c7A S&rsquo;ANIME \u00e0 L&rsquo;ANIMATION !
